Q. How Can I Book an Appointment?
A. Please contact our spa staff to schedule your appointment or you may book online with our easy to use appointment scheduler. One of our staff members will be happy to assist you and offer suggestions on the services that best fit your needs.
Q. How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
A. We recommend that you schedule your salon or spa appointment at least 2-3 days in advance so we can meet your requests. Walkins are welcome based on availability. For Bridal parties we suggest calling 3-4 months in advance to accommodate all your bridal needs.
Q. What is your cancel policy?
A. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancelations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
~Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
~Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time or not showing will result in the full-service amount charge.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required cancelled notice your card will be charged according to our cancel/no show policy.
Q. Are gratuities included in the price?
A. Gratuities are not included in the price of your salon and spa services; however, a 20% gratuity is recommended and can be added to your service at the time of check out.
Q. What Payment s do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. Salon and spa gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Yes! Gift cards are available online or in salon and make the perfect present for any occasion.
Q. Can I purchase products?
All products used in our salon and spa are available for purchase including products from Moroccanoil, Lanza, Mondo Verde, Loma and more.
Q. Do you offer group bookings?
A. In Vogue Salon & Spa is perfect for hosting Bridal Parties, Girls Day/Night out, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and even office parties. Please call and speak with one of our salon and spa staff and they will help schedule your event.
